Captain Mateo Radonić was born in Split and grew up on the island of Hvar, so the sea has been part of his everyday life for as long as he can remember. He graduated from the Maritime School in Split and the Maritime Faculty in Zadar, and has spent the last twelve years working on yachts, getting to know almost every corner of the Adriatic. Guests can count on him for a quiet bay off the usual route. In his free time he enjoys spearfishing and running. He speaks fluent English.

Marin Eterović was born and raised in Split and started out as a skipper on smaller boats. His curiosity and willingness to take on any task led him to his current role as deckhand on Karisma. He makes sure the yacht is always ready for guests, from the water toys to the small details you only notice when they are missing. He is a passionate deep-sea fisherman and a certified fitness coach.

Chef Ivana Bekavac was born in Zagreb in 1992. Cooking took her to New York, where she graduated from the Culinary Institute, and then to the Osteria restaurant in Philadelphia. Back in Croatia she cooked at Uje Oil Bar and Bookeria in Split, Bevanda in Opatija and the Michelin-starred 360 in Dubrovnik, as well as at Hiša Franko in Slovenia. Since 2020 she has been running her own Kut Bistro in Zagreb. She speaks English.

Josipa Bravić came to Karisma from a different world, having worked as a project manager and earned a degree in nutrition. That combination suits her well: she is organised, calm when several things happen at once, and attentive to the details guests notice. She communicates easily with guests and crew alike, and speaks fluent English.

Chef Marin Petranović built his experience in some of Europe’s most demanding kitchens. He has cooked at Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, at Hiša Franko in Slovenia and at 360 in Dubrovnik, both Michelin-starred, as well as in a number of Croatian restaurants. On Karisma he tailors every menu to the guests on board. He speaks English and German.
